Vegan coconut macrons
Zutaten
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 100 g Coconut sugar
- 40 g hazelnuts, ground
- 140 g coconut, ground
- 38 g corn starch
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 200 ml coconut milk (full-fat, important!)
Anleitung
- Preheat oven at 160°C
- Combine all dry ingredients
- Slowly add coconut milk while whisking. The mixture should be moist enough to be able to be squished into a form by hand.
- Using 2 spoons, form macrons and lay them on the baking sheet. They will not rise much, so you don't have to maintain space to others.
- Bake for 20 minutes
